ANCHOVIES AND VINEGAR

Ingredients

1 kg of anchovies

500 gr of vinegar

200 gr of extravirgin olive oil

 2 onions

1 clove of garlic

parsley

a leaf of laurel

salt

 

Take away the bones from the anchovies and fry them in boiling oil. Put the anchovies in a terracotta pot and then over the heat; in a pan, some oil, the clove and the slice onion.

Let the mixture boiling for 10 minutes and plunge it over anchovies.
