1 Kg of fruits of almonds

5 eggs

beans of coffee

1 kg of sugar

1 lemon

candied fruits

In a pot let some water boiling and the plunge the almonds; after 5 minutes

Drain  and eliminate the skin and dry them.

Toast in the oven for 20 minutes; when they are cold, mince them together with the sugar.

In a pot mix this mixture with the light part of the eggs till you obtain a soft dough.

Add the skin of lemon(only the yellow part, be careful!), cut it in very small pieces and mix.

Fill a confectioner bag with a scored nosel and, over a sheet, some small roses.

Cook over a moderate heat.
