Maccheroni and baked tomatoes 


  • 350 gr. (12.5 oz) of maccheroni 
  • 400 gr. (14.3 oz) of tomatoes 
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped 
  • parsley 
  • extra-virgin olive oil 
  • salt, pepper 

To prepare: 

Wash and cut the tomatoes into thick slices, lay the in an oiled baking tin; cover with garlic and chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Splash with oil and bake in oven at 230°c (450°F) for ½ hour. Meanwhile cook the macaroni in salted water. Drain and mix in baking tin and serve hot.
