MACCHERONI PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE COOKED IN THE OVEN

Ingredients

  • 350 gr of maccheroni pasta
  • 400 gr of tomatoes from Puglia
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • minced parsley
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • salt pepper

 

Wash and cut in slices the mature tomatoes; put them in a big pot greased with oil.

Add the garlic and the minced parsley, then salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with extravirgin olive oil and cook in the oven (230° C) for half an hour.

In the meanwhile you have already cooked pasta in plentiful salted water.

Drain it and put it in the pot. 

Mix altogether and serve it hot.
