• 500 gr of dried broad beans
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 100 gr of table salt


Let the dried broad beans cooking and opened in salted water for ten minutes together with the peeled potatoes.

In the meanwhile heat the oven where you will put the broad beans (that you have well dried) for 5 minutes.

Then fry them for 2-3 minutes in the extra virgin olive oil.

Put on blotting papers and salted them.

Eat them cold.
