AMARELLA

Ingredients:

Preparation

Make the leaves (they must have been picked from a not treated tree) marinate in the wine, for ten days more or less.

Then make it boiling with the sugar for ten minutes. Filter, cool down and add the alcool.

Bottle it and wait at least a month before drinking it.

 

  • 1litre of primitive vine from Manduria
  • 500 cl of alcool
  • 100 leaves of black cherry
  • 600 gr of sugar
