½ liter (2 ½ cups) of Italian espresso coffee, 500 grams (2 ½ cups) of sugar, one small bag (about one teaspoon) of vanilla, and 0,30 liters (1 ½ cups) of 90° alcohol.
For this preparation, you should use freshly ground coffee. Prepare the coffee in a moka coffee maker. Pour it in a pot, adding the sugar and continuously stirring until completely melted. This should be done on a very low flame. Let it cool off; add the alcohol and the vanilla, stirring well and then bottle it.
Wait one month before drinking it.
